I admit to approaching this blend with trepidation. Such a dark, Italian roast of Columbian and Indonesian coffees, it seemed assured it would be very sharp. I was pleasantly surprised to find a smooth, rich-tasting brew with very little acid. The perfect Italian roast for those who like their coffee strong and dark, but with a smooth, gentle finish.
