Below are our shipping and return policies.  We ship from Fairbanks Alaska via Priority Mail (Global Priority Mail for our overseas customers).  If you are ordering Scrapbooking Products, they ship separately from The Angel Company.  If you order would be more cost-effectively shipped flat rate, we'll ship Flat Rate.  If your order would be less expensive to ship non-Flat Rate, we'll pass the savings on to you!  There's never a handling charge at Jittery Moose!

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt.  If you wish to cancel an order, please e-mail amy@jitterymoose.com with your order number and verification that you wish to cancel.  Spa Products are not returnable, nor is coffee, tea, or any other comestible offered for sale through the site.  Books, apparel, packs, and bags are subject to a 10-day satisfaction guarantee.  In addition, all Apocalypse Design merchandise carry a lifetime warranty.  DVDs or VHS tapes are returnable ONLY in original, unopened condition.  The Buyer is responsible for postage to return the item.
All products are shipped from Fairbanks, Alaska.  The most reliable method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail with tracking (the tracking number will be provided to the Buyer upon shipment).  Global Priority Mail is available for overseas and Canada shipments, please provide an e-mail contact for shipping cost verification.  Jittery Moose strives to keep shipping prices as low as possible.  The shipment default is for a Flat Rate Priority Mail box with tracking.  Should your order be better shipped in a non-Flat Rate box, Jittery Moose will pass the savings on to you.
